Stacey Shulman
Advisor

Stacey Shulman is an Advisor at Andromeda Ventures, bringing deep expertise in AI-enabled systems, edge intelligence, autonomous infrastructure, and the commercialization of high-stakes technologies across government and commercial markets. At Andromeda, she is focused on supporting founders building at the intersection of science, engineering, and operational necessity, those developing the AI-enabled and autonomous systems that will define the next generation of critical infrastructure.

As an executive leader at Intel, Stacey has shaped global strategy for AI at the edge, next-generation compute platforms, and advanced health and life sciences technologies. Her career has centered on a single discipline: taking early-stage innovations like computer vision, autonomous systems, sensor fusion, and human performance analytics, and guiding them through the complex journey from prototype to validated, deployable, and commercially viable solutions at scale. She has built cross-industry ecosystems, shaped product roadmaps, and developed partnerships that accelerate the maturation of deep tech capabilities in highly regulated environments.

Stacey serves on the XPRIZE Innovation Board and the RILA Board of Directors, and on the board of Bionic Sight, an optogenetics company working to restore sight to the blind. Her experience spans startups, global enterprises, and mission-driven research organizations, giving her a rare ability to bridge visionary concepts with the operational rigor required for scale.
