Soulaima Gourani is a Venture Partner at Andromeda Ventures, bringing more than 30 years of experience as a technology founder, board director, and advisor shaping the future of work, AI infrastructure, and workforce transformation across global markets.
She is Co-Founder of Happioh, a VC-backed software company building the management layer for AI employees, enabling enterprises to train, deploy, and govern AI-driven workforces. She is also Co-Founder of AILO Green AI Datacenters, focused on enabling low-carbon AI compute at scale, and is co-designing AILO Fund I, a €500M fund investing in AI infrastructure, hardware, and software with a European focus.
Soulaima has served on numerous boards spanning private equity, national institutions, and public-interest organizations. This includes serving on the board of BLS Capital, Denmark’s leading private equity firm with over $8.5B in assets under management, as well as Denmark’s Foundation for Entrepreneurship, to which she was appointed by the Danish Minister of Science, and Denmark’s Government Future Panel (Fremtidspanelet), advising on long-term national innovation and workforce strategy.
She is also a Council Member of the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Faith in Action and serves as a trustee and investment board member for multiple foundations and venture funds. Soulaima holds an Executive MBA from Copenhagen Business School and is board certified at Wharton, with additional executive education at leading global institutions. Her honors include recognition as a World Economic Forum Young Global Leader and a Thinkers50 Radar Thinker.
