Josh Roach is an Advisor to Andromeda Ventures and a seasoned investment strategist with deep experience across private investment, family office platforms, and alternative asset markets. He currently serves as Managing Director of Meritage Group LP, a private investment firm and family office affiliated with the Simons family and principals from Renaissance Technologies, where he leads efforts to identify, evaluate, and steward long term investment opportunities across public and private markets.

Over the past decade and a half, Josh has built significant social capital within the single family office (SFO) community, creating collaborative investment frameworks that blend shared objectives, specialized expertise, and co investment structures designed to align asset owners with high conviction operators and founders. His approach emphasizes disciplined partnership models, talent alignment, and structured ecosystem building—pillars that directly support Andromeda’s mission to empower frontier tech companies through aligned capital and strategic networks.

Prior to Meritage Group, Josh co managed Lloyd Capital Partners LLC (LCP), an investment vehicle for the Henry Demarest Lloyd family, where he sharpened his experience in strategic investment allocation and long term value creation. Early in his career, he spent a decade in the software industry in corporate development roles, working closely with venture partners on strategic initiatives, acquisitions, and exits—experience that deepens his ability to evaluate technology, growth trajectories, and go to market dynamics in emerging sectors.

Josh is a frequent speaker and thought partner in the broader investment community, having chaired and participated in industry forums such as Campden Wealth’s North American Family Investment Conference, Institutional Investor’s Family Office Wealth Forum, and Stanford University’s Global Projects Center’s Investor Forum. His insights into collaborative networks and co investing contribute to Andromeda’s thesis on network driven value creation and ecosystem based investment.

He holds a degree from the University of Vermont and has a long history of engaging with investment communities committed to long horizon, mission aligned capital deployment.
