David Zeller is a Venture Partner at Andromeda Ventures, where he supports global market access, strategic partnerships, and cross-border expansion for frontier technology companies operating across Europe and allied international markets.

With more than 25 years building partnerships across government, technology, and industry, David brings deep operational insight into how innovative companies scale internationally. As Founder of Lingo Worldwide, he has led strategic initiatives for multinational corporations across 30+ countries, directed communications for the European Union’s international urban and regional cooperation programs, and chaired high-level industry conferences across the U.S., Europe, and Asia.

David maintains extensive relationships across European startup ecosystems and advises companies on international partnerships, government engagement, and market entry in advanced technologies and longevity science. He has served nine consecutive terms as President of the American Club of Hamburg, earning U.S. State Department recognition for strengthening U.S.–European relations and transatlantic collaboration.

Fluent in six languages and shaped by early studies in astrophysics, David provides founders and investors with trusted access to international innovation networks, enabling faster commercialization, strategic alignment, and durable global growth.
