David Zeller

David Scott Zeller is an Operating Partner and Head of Europe at Andromeda Ventures, where he leads the firm's European strategy and international expansion efforts across the continent. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience building relationships across venture capital, government, industry, academia, and innovation ecosystems, David helps portfolio companies access capital, cultivate strategic partnerships, identify co-investment opportunities and scale internationally.

As Founder and Managing Director of LINGO Worldwide, David has spent more than two decades building high-impact partnerships across 30+ countries, connecting investors, entrepreneurs, corporations, government agencies, and research institutions to accelerate innovation, technology commercialization, and economic development. His career includes leadership roles supporting European Union international cooperation programs, multinational corporations, and global industry organizations, as well as directing complex international initiatives spanning Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America.

A recognized leader in transatlantic engagement, David has served nine consecutive terms as President of the American Club of Hamburg, earning recognition from the U.S. Department of State for strengthening U.S.– European collaboration. Fluent in six languages, David combines scientific curiosity with a global perspective and a deeply cultivated international network. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Pitzer College, where he conducted research in Astrophysics at regional NASA JPL laboratories.

His expertise strengthens Andromeda's mission to accelerate transformative dual-use technologies across space, defense, energy, health, AI-enabled autonomy, and infrastructure while expanding the firm's reach throughout Europe and allied international markets.
