David Luftglass

David Luftglass is an entrepreneur and international partnerships strategist focused on connecting frontier technologies with global capital and strategic deployment opportunities. At Andromeda Ventures, he leads partnerships and investor relations, building relationships with family offices, institutions, and strategic partners that support the firm’s investments across space, defense, energy, health, and dual-use technologies.

David is also the CEO and Co-Founder of Zenith Uruguay, a public-private partnership organizing a large-scale innovation and infrastructure campus designed to support renewable energy, water resources, agriculture, and advanced industry in South America. In addition to his venture work, he organizes international investment and trade delegations in collaboration with the United States Department of State focused on strengthening technology and commercial partnerships between the United States and emerging markets, particularly in West Africa.

David brings extensive experience building partnerships across the private sector, government, and international markets. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside leadership from government agencies and private institutions in the United States and other nations to help develop long-term strategies and initiatives designed to accelerate innovation, strengthen economic resilience, and support sustainable development. His work has focused on aligning private capital, emerging technologies, and international partnerships to help move critical technologies from early innovation through large-scale deployment.

Across his career, David has founded and scaled multiple ventures operating in frontier markets, specializing in building cross-border partnerships, mobilizing international capital, and bringing transformative infrastructure and technology projects from concept to execution.
